Part of my issue was due to hell damage I had a structural issue on my roof that wildlife took advantage of. Minimal to no screws were left in or on my property. And on my personal roof inspection, I found that the workers cleaned out all of my gutters, and gave me exactly what I asked for in my roof repair which was greatly appreciated.
